Estimates and pricing
Estimates provided by Coldharbour Heating & Air are given in good faith based on information available at the time. If actual site conditions turn out to differ from what was described or observed during the initial assessment, the final price may change. Coldharbour Heating & Air will inform the customer of any significant pricing adjustment before proceeding with additional or revised work.
Warranty
Details of any workmanship warranty offered by Coldharbour Heating & Air will be provided to the customer at the time of service. Parts, materials, or equipment installed during a job may carry manufacturer warranties; those warranties are governed solely by the manufacturer’s own terms and are separate from any guarantee Coldharbour Heating & Air extends on its labor.
Scheduling and cancellations
Coldharbour Heating & Air asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. This policy helps Coldharbour Heating & Air serve all customers fairly and keep its schedule running efficiently.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be set aside to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
